Goal: Think like a mathematician! Read the problem multiple times.
Three circles with radii in the ratio of 1:2:3 are each tangent to the other two. The triangle formed by connecting the centers of the circles is drawn. Find the ratio of the perimeter of the triangle to the sum of the circumferences of the 3 circles. Note: The circles are externally tangent to one another.
